We believe that we all have the capacity and the right to experience more happiness, fulfillment, and success in our lives – in other words, experience greater Wellbeing.

Our mission is to help you increase your Wellbeing in 5 essential areas:

Social – having strong relationships and love in your life
Financial ~ managing your economic life to reduce stress
Physical ~ having enough energy to do the things you want
Community ~ being involved with people around you

Our path to greater Wellbeing begins with the discovery of your Strengths – or the things that make you talented and unique. That’s because research has proven that people who use their natural Strengths are happier, more energetic, and three times as likely to have an excellent quality of life.

The tool we use is Gallup’s Clifton Strengths assessment. Today nearly 18 million people around the world have used the assessment to learn more about themselves, and the people they care about and work with.

MEET JULIE

Julie is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach, with a Master’s degree in Communication and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
Julie helps people use their strengths to do more of what they love, develop better relationships, improve their health, and contribute to their communities in more meaningful ways – in other words, experience greater wellbeing. Julie offers coaching, keynote presentations, and group workshops for those who love learning with others.

Julie has more than 20 years’ experience facilitating positive change, and for the past 10 years, has been coaching people and working within organizations to drive results through a focus on Strengths and Wellbeing.

As a recent breast cancer survivor, Julie has a passion for working with others who’ve experienced a major life event or a significant change, and want to design a future of Wellbeing.

Julie enjoys yoga, spending time with her family and friends, and is an active volunteer in her community. In addition, she’s looking forward to the arrival of her newest Grandchild, the little sister to this beautiful boy.

The Wellbeing Essentials Process

Our process is designed to help you THRIVE and includes four steps which are completed over a series of four sessions. It all begins with the discovery of your natural talents and an honest look at where your Wellbeing is today. The next step is the development of an action plan identifying your goals and the strategies needed to reach them, and the last step is follow-up coaching to help you make the changes needed to really boost your wellbeing over time.

  • Step 1: Discover your natural talents with the CliftonStrengths® assessment
  • Step 2: Complete a self- assessment of your Wellbeing in each of the five key areas
  • Step 3: Create an action plan to help you move from where you are to where you want to be
  • Step 4: Participate in follow-up coaching sessions to help you create and maintain positive changes in your life and boost your wellbeing
